Eva is the heart behind SOUL OF SPAIN. Born and raised in Madrid, she eventually decided to embark on an adventure, one she has never looked back on. Since then, she’s lived on four continents, visited 33 countries, and fallen in love with discovering new cultures — especially through their food!
Her love for cooking began in her grandmother´s kitchen, where she learned that great food takes time, love, and patience. That early passion led her to Le Cordon Bleu, one of the top culinary schools in the world, and inspired a bold career change from physical therapist to chef. From healing bodies to feeding souls!
For Eva, cooking is more than nourishment, it’s creativity, connection, and joy. And a way to bring people together. It is also a gift she has passed on to her kids: the simple happiness of cooking and sharing a meal.
While Eva can cook many other things, her true passion is authentic Spanish cuisine. In her classes, she focuses on simple, delicious recipes that are easy to recreate at home, because what she loves the most is sharing the flavors, stories, and culture of Spain others.
